Mindful Lunch – Take a real break!
Do you often find yourself eating a quick bite at your desk? Scrolling through your to-do list or checking your phone? Take a real break and join our Mindful Lunch event. After a short introduction, we will practice mindful eating and you can consciously enjoy jour food. Afterwards, we will share our experiences and discuss.
